Due to the nature of VA benefits and offsets against a future award, I am limiting my representation to individuals who did not serve at Camp Lejeune, but were civilian employees or family members to a veteran.

Thomas Andrews was accredited by the VA as an Accredited Attorney in 2009 and has since that time focused his practice on helping veterans obtain the benefits they deserve from the VA.  That has meant helping veterans obtain service connection or higher ratings for VA claims has well as Camp Lejeune related conditions.  He has also handled Federal Tort Claims Act cases against the VA.  He has devoted years to the development of veteran’s benefits law and will be handling veteran’s cases after Camp Lejeune cases have been resolved.  Pick an advocate that knows how to fight for veterans.
